Flexy Commercial Cleaning is a professional company specialising in residential property and commercial office cleaning. We are a contractor trusted by reputable UK house builders and cover most of London and the South East region.

We offer a wide range of cleaning services, including onsite welfare facilities, show homes, sales offices and newly built properties alongside office cleaning and window cleaning. Alongside the cleaning of residential newly built homes, we also offer mastic services (sealant) both internally and externally.

Having been in the trade for the past 10 years, we’ve got the expertise and knowledge to deliver the best results for your project.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Our team

Our staff are fully vetted, trained, and highly experienced in their trade. All of our staff are CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) compliant. This body oversees the issuing of CSCS cards to workers who, through a combination of training and experience, have proven they can perform their job on construction sites safely and effectively.

Additionally, our Supervisors are fully SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) accredited and first aiders. This is a qualification created by CITB to establish a clear industry-wide standard for the management of health and safety on construction sites.

HEALTH AND SAFETY STANDARDS

Health and safety accreditations

Flexy Commercial Cleaning is SMAS accredited. SMAS Worksafe (short for Safety Management Advisory Services) is a nationally recognised Health and Safety accreditation used to demonstrate Health and Safety standards, giving our clients confidence when it comes to our services.

SMAS Worksafe is a registered member of Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSiP), which is endorsed by the Health and Safety Executive.

Flexy Commercial Cleaning carries comprehensive public liability insurance and employers’ liability insurance of £5 million for peace of mind.
